• Click on the Forgot your password link under the password field
• Provide your e-mail address and press Continue
• You will receive an e-mail with a verification code
• Copy the verification code
• Go to your browser with the open login page and paste the code
• Press Verify code button
• You should be able to see the start page of the My Etex.

You can access My Etex only if you have received an invitation e-mail from Etex. The invitation e-mail is sent to your company e-mail address.

• Click on the invitation link provided in the e-mail – you will be redirected to the My Etex Login Page.
• Set your own password & click on Create.

IMPORTANT: The invitation link is active for 7 days. If you want to access the My Etex later, please contact our Support team.
