Portal
The Etex Portal is a customer platform where you can access your account information and the latest information for all Etex brands you purchase. You can:
- Check your order status
- Register a case for requests and claims and check their status
- Read the latest news from Etex
- Manage your personal account data. All services are available 24/7.
You can access Etex Portal only if you have received an invitation e-mail from Etex. The invitation e-mail is sent on your company e-mail address.
- Click on the invitation link provided in the e-mail – you will be redirected to the Etex Portal Login Page.
- Set your own password & click on Create. IMPORTANT: The invitation link is active for 48 hours.
If you are not a trading customer, you will be unable to have access the Etex Portal. If you would like to become a customer, please contact us and one of our sales team will be in touch.
If you have not received an email within 2 days, check your spam inbox. If you haven’t received an email from PLEASE ADD IN CORRECT EMAIL FOR ETEX EXTERIORS UK, please contact our customer service team using the link at the bottom of the page and we will check your account.
Once you have set your password, this will be your standard login to access the Etex Portal. Click on Login button and fill in your e-mail address and password. IMPORTANT: it is only possible to login to the Etex Portal after receiving invitation e-mail from Etex.
- Click on the Forgot your password link under the password field
- Provide your e-mail address and press Continue
- You will receive an e-mail with a verification code
- Copy the verification code
- Go to your browser with the open login page and paste the code
- Press Verify code button
- You should be able to see the start page of the Etex Portal.
In the Requests & Claims section, you can create & view details of your requests and claims. In the Etex Portal you can see all your cases for all Etex brands in one place. Case types included are:
- Question
- Product
- Service
- Invoice To access the Requests and Claims section go to Home Page. The section is located in the bottom left corner. Click on Case Overview to go to the overview page or select case type from the list displayed.
Once you entered the Order section you can view all your Etex Sales Orders and find the one you need. You can search for an order using the following filters:
- ID/Customer Reference
- Order date to/from
- Status
Once you entered the Cases Overview page you can view all your Etex cases. You can search for an order using the available filters:
- Case Number
- Case Category
- Case creation date from/to
- Status
In order to create an Invoice Complaint, fill in the following form fields:
- Document Claimed: Invoice Document, Delivery Note
- Document Number
- Subject
- Description
- Attachment
In order to create a question, fill in the following form fields:
- Database update,
- Order Cancellation,
- Courses and Training,
- Commercial Management,
- Payment report,
- Quotation Request,
- Marketing Request,
- Document Request,

In order to create a product complaint fill in the following form fields:
- Document Claimed: Invoice Document, Delivery Note

In order to create a Service Complaint fill in the following form fields:
- Issue Date
- Document Number
- Document Claimed: Invoice Document, Delivery Note
- Quantity in Complaint
- Product Claimed
- Problem Identified: Breakages Damages, Delivery Postponed, Duplicated Order, Haulier Conduct, Incorrect Account, Incorrect Instructions, Incorrect Material, Incorrect Quantity, Late Delivery, Remedial Costs Incurred
- Issue Area: Customer Service, Commercial Area, Supply Chain, Etex Employee

- You will see all your Sales Orders (for all Etex brands) which are in our system.

- Linked deliveries & invoices To access the Orders section go to Home Page. The section is located in the left side. You can click on either View orders or Place your Quatation.
This is the case detail information you will see:
- General info
- Case number
- Category and topic
- Related order ID
- Creation date
- Status
- Description
Status | Meaning |
Order created | Order has been registered |
Delivery created | Order is in delivery processing |
Delivery created partially | Part of the order is in delivery processing |
Transport requested | Order planned in for transport |
Transport requested partially | Part of the order is planned in for transport |
Picking | The order is getting picked in the warehouse |
Picking partially | Part of the order is getting picked in the warehouse |
Transport loaded | Order has been loaded for transport |
Transport loaded partially | Part of the order has been loaded for transport |
Invoiced | Order has been fully invoiced |
Invoiced partially | Part of the order has been invoiced |
This is the order detail information you will see in the order view:
- Order ID,

- As a customer all your questions are followed by our customer service: status of your order, tracking, complaints, product information, etc.
- You can ask and follow your questions in real time via the Etex Portal.
